Are you refering to James William Frodsham 1855-1933?
My grandmother Mary Maude Frodsham 1878-1973 was a dau of Joseph S. My mother sez she had a uncle that she thought was hanged for stealing a horse (which she said she thought he was protecting his son who was the real theif). She had a brother James and a uncle James. Her uncle Hyram married a Mary Joanna Barnard.
