Hi Folks.. Just got a copy of an obit from 1964, San Bernardino SUN, reference a CHARLES E. CREELY and it mentions a surviving daughter, MRS. EMIL FRITSCHE of Bloomington, CA. I am hoping that someone out there...knows of this family and maybe a current contact for a direct member of the family. CHARLES is my G Grandfather's brother of JOHN O CREELY...and I am hoping to make contact with that family eventually...he too was in the Los Angeles area and passed in 1945/46. The CREELY line came from France/Canada/Kaskaskia, IL (prior to Rev war ), to St. Louis ( member of founding families of st. Louis) and founding families of Florissant, MO. ALSO, one other thing that is a puzzle to the family......amongst personal items of CHARLES CREELY, son of the above, JOHN CREELY...was a photo of a lady named, ANNA THORN - GROSSENBACH/BACK of Milwaukee, listed as a dentist in the 1920/30 census. We have no idea of the connection, but he also had a photo of ANNA THORN at age of about 13/14...so we feel there must be some family connection. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated...
