I am pretty sure that your Frederick belongs to the family I am also looking for. I have William Fritchie, married to Fannie DeMoss, in St. Clair county, 1902. William had a relative named Caroline who signed the marriage certificate and was from Edwardsville at the time. Fannie and William had a daughter, Barbara, and then they divorced. I haven't been able to track him further. Fannie and Barbara lived in East Alton and WoodRiver.
