I have quite a bit of Fristoe information from the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. Richard Fristoe is believed to have been born in Wales or Virginia. His wife Mary Williams may also have been Welsh. His son Richard, married a woman named Grace, born 1723. This Richard had 8 children:
Rev. Daniel (1739-1774)
John (1741)
Richard (1742)
George (1744)
Jean (1745)
Rev. William (1747)
George (1748/49)
Rev. Robert (1751-1833)

William was ordained at Choppawamsic Baptist Church April 4, 1770.

Robert married Elizabeth Lovell and they had a son named Thomas

Daniel married Mary Barker and they had the following children:
Susannah (1760 - 1821) m Edward Martin Sr. (second husband)
Lydia (b 1761) m Frank Ralls
Mary Barker (1765 - 1858) m Moses Daulton
Thomas (1767 - 1815) m Lydia Wells
Tamar (1770)
Anne (1772 - 1817) m Rev. William Grinstead
Catherine (1774 - 1822) m Rhodin Hoard

Daniel was ordained as a Baptist minister at Choppawamsic Baptist Church on June 14, 1771 by Elders David Thomas and his younger brother Rev. William Fristoe. Daniel Fristoe helped found the Goshen Baptist Church in Greene County Pa in 1773 and died of smallpoz in Philadelphia Nov. 4, 1774. His widow, Mary Barker remarried around 1778. According to our family accounts, her second husband, George Williams was a distant relative of hers.

I hope some of this is useful.
