Hello,
I am looking for any information related to my great great grandfather Isaak Friesen. We think he was born in the Chortitza Colony (possibly Neuhorst village)in Southern Russia (Ukraine). He died in Rosenbach, Furstenland, South Russia. We have a family register written in an old songbook (written by Isaak Friesen and Neuhorst is noted as the location).
He married Maria Kornelius Janzen on the 26 Sept, 1865.
I have no information on any of his possible siblings or his parents. If anyone has any information on this I would very much like to follow up with you.
