Hi Denise,
My Friesen's came over in The S.S. Mississippi which landed at Quebec City, Canada in 1876. They then travelled to two Mennonite reserves set up south of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. From there they moved into the province of Saskatchewan where I presently live.
I have traced them back to West Prussia in the 1750's but I'm trying to get back farther into Holland.
Keep Searching, the truth is out there.
