Anyone have any information on this line? They came over beginning in about 1856 and were in Cooper County Missouri and New York City.
Fries, David Wilhelm b 1811 married to Fries, Eva b 1810 in Molsheim married 3-20-1832.
Children include:
Katharina b 8-23-1833 d. 5-17-1838
Philipp b 8-21-1835
David Wilhelm b 9-2-1837
Peter b. 11-7-1839
Eva Katherina b. 12-17-1841 married 2-26-1867 Mathias Kulmer in Molsheim
Ludwig b 2-23-1844
Jakob b 4-10-1846
Anna Maria b 7-5-1848
Christian b 1-18-1851
Wilhelm b 8-21-1853 d 10-11-1853
Note that Ludwig's birth data matches my great great grandfather Louis Fries, so I am positive they are the same person.
I was also provided information on the parents of David Wilhelm Fries. They are Johann Jacob born 11/16/1759 died 5-3-1813. he married Catharina Spindler b 11-19-1765 d 6-8-1819.

Anna Maria b 5-31-1788 d 6-1-1838
Johannes b 3-30-1792 d 3-17-1835
Maria Eva b 2-10-1795 d 4-16-1811
Also Parents of Eva Fries were Johann Wilhelm b 1-1-1768 d 7-17-1814 who married Margaretha Amborn 1-11-1799 in Molsheim. Margaretha b 1775 d 5-29-1814
