My grandfather came from Leipzig to SA in 1878. His name was Johannes Franz Otto Friedrich. I've traced his father (Heinrich Franz) to Leipzig, but have come undone at this point. I can't seem to find anything more on him, except that he was married to Maria Therese Winkler and had 3 offspring, Paul (stayed in Altenburg), Amali Clara and my grandfather Johannes Franz. Does anybody have any further information re. Heinrich Franz and his ancestry?
