Sarah Frey of NC and daughter Margaret in Tennessee

Sarah Frey (Fry) born between 1806 and 1810 in North Carolina was living in Memphis, Shelby, Tennessee, in 1950 with her four daughters and her son in law:

Catherine "Tiny" Frey b. 1840 TN
Susan Frey b. 1841 TN
Elizabeth Frey b. 1835 TN
Margaret Frey Garrett b. 1833 TN
John Garrett b. 1825 MO

Sarah's husband is not in the census. I'm hoping to find Sarah's maiden name and the first name of her husband. I'd appreciate some help from someone who connects with this family.
