Fredrick (Fred) Frey of Liberty, Adams County, IL owned the funeral home. Fred & his wife, Wilhelmina (Minnie) (Uhland) Frey owned the funeral home until 1953. Their daughter-in-law Ada (Omer) Frey (wife of Gerald) purchased it from Fred and Minnie. In 1965 Ada sold the funeral home to Patrick Haugh of Quincy, IL. The Duker Haugh Funeral Home is still in business in Quincy, IL. I am not sure how or if their is a relationship between the two. Fred Frey began his funeral business in 1899.
