I just received the Carter family Bible and found a short history on the Frey family. Louis M. Frey was the second husband of my great grandmother, Sarah Lucy Christopher Carter. The following info is written about the Frey's. Hope this helps someone.
Grandmother Frey died November 20, 1892. [written above this is the name Essie Finley. I believe this was Louis' mother.]
Alta Armada Frey was born September 8, 1865 and died August 2, 1907 on Friday at ten forty five in the morning.
Vinton Arlin Frey was born April 6, 1888 on Friday.
Lorene Frey was forn September 12, 1891 on Saturday and died August 8, 1892.
