I was looking for any information anyone had on Hazel Frew or her death (where she died and how). She was born August 23, 1898 and died October 23, 1915, the day after a dance. Her mother was Lilly Frew (dob 6/19/1872) who died May 15, 1968 in Omaha. I believe her father's name was Thomas or TJ but I'm not sure. I also think he died at his home in Tekamah NE
