I am seeking information on JAMES FREW, SR., b. 11743 in Scotland and died 26 Nov 1830 in Chillicothe, Ross County, Ohio. He married MARY HOUK(E) and had a daughter Rachael Frew born in Philadelphia in 1798. Rachael married Richard Boyer in Ross County in 1816.

I would like to find parents for JAMES and a locus in Scotland for this family. Thanks,
