I know that this is a long shot, but I was searching for my birth father, a Rick Frew. I have very little information on him, but I do know that he was living in or around Eugene, OR in the early and mid '70's. He married to Linda Lorraine Williams and had two sons by her. I also know that he did spend time in the '80's incarcerated. If anyone knows any information on who this man may be or how to reach him, please let me know. Thanks.
