My g.g.g.g.grandmother was Eliza French c.1806 Ware who m.1822 Gt.Amwell to William Crane. Her parents were Thomas French c.1767 Herts. & Mary (-) b.1776 Herts. They also had children:
Sarah c.1794 Ware
Elizabeth c.1796 Ware
William c.1786 Ware who m.1818 Elizabeth Clark
Mary c.1800 Ware
Susannah c.1801 Ware who m.1824 Gt.Amwell to Joseph Castle b.1806 Barkway & d.1855 Ware
Ann c.1806 Ware
John c.1816 Gt.Amwell who married Eliza/Elizabeth from Haileybury, Herts. - some of their grandchildren settled in Bishop Stortford & around the Dalston area of London.
