I am searching for photographs of the French family from DeKalb Co., AL, to Cooke Co., TX, to Johnston/Atoka Co., OK. I'm sure there are some French descendents out there with some old family photos; I just have to find them!
My line is as follows:
Stella Francis French b. Feb. 22, 1882, Cooke Co?, TX, d. June, 1977, Sand Springs, Tulsa Co., OK, m. William "Willie" Wolf before 1906.
James Daniel French b. Aug. 1849, AL, d. After 1910, possibly in NM, m. Martha Ellen Baker.
William B. French b. Jan. 13, 1828, Jackson Co., AL, d. July 13, 1898, Edom, Van Zandt Co., TX, m. 1) Elizabeth C. (?) and 2) Susan George.
The children of James Daniel French and Martha Ellen Baker are:
Stella Francis French
William D. French b. May 1882, TX (m. Ollie Mae Wolf)
Ora U. French b. June 1887, TX
Luthreis or Lucien French b. Jan. 1891, IT
James A. French b. Apr. 1892, IT
Richard Lonnie French b. Oct. 1894, IT
I would greatly appreciate a reply if you have photographs or information on any branch of this French family, especially photos of Stella Francis French, James Daniel French, or William B. French. Also, photos of William "Willie" Wolf, Martha Ellen Baker, and/or Elizabeth C. (first wife of William B. French), would be very exciting to find!
