Hi, my name is Joel Freitas and my step dad is Joseph Silverio Freitas, born about 1932? I know almost nothing about him, but we are from Rhode Island. He had a rough childhood - his mom passed away when he was 11 years old and we don't know anything about his dad. I would really love to learn about him - I am the only person to carry on his name.
