Garland E. Freeman
SHREVEPORT, LA - Graveside services for Garland E. Freeman, 75, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Rose-Neath Cemetery, Bossier City, LA. Dr. Roy W. Davis, pastor of North Shreve Baptist, will officiate. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 29, 2009 from 5-7 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City.
Mr. Freeman was born July 25, 1934 in Richton, MS to Ellis and Rutha Buckalew Freeman and passed away September 26, 2009 in Bossier City, LA. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired from Waukesha-Pearce as a district manager. Garland attended North Shreve Baptist Church.
Garland is survived by his wife of 51 years, Nelma Sue Freeman of Shreveport; daughter, Pamela Snodgrass and husband Todd of Bossier City; grandchildren, Rachel Freeman and Dylan Nix and great-grandchildren, Natalie and Kailee. Rose-Neath Funeral Home
