Hi Jeff, I saw your post and thought I would see if I could help you--that is my hobby--helping people with researching their families. But I am confused--you say your dad was b. 1937 but in 1930 your grandmother was living with her parents and had 2 children Homer L b. 1926 and Robert E. b. 1928 and shows to be divorced. In 1933 Lincoln E. was married to an Ethel--who was his 3rd wife. I can send you his WWI registration card from Indiana. That would be 1917 and it shows he was married. In 1925 Kansas State Census, he is in Leavenworth evidently in the army and married to Margaret--he was 34 she was 15. In 1933 there are records of him in the U S National Home for Disabled Veterans and his wife's name is Ethel. Since 1930 is the last Census that has been released, we can't check past that. I am sending transcript of 1930 Census. The other three records have to be sent as attachments--do you want them ?? I will need your e-mail address as I can't send attachments through the forum 1930 United States Federal Census 1930 United States Federal Census Name: Margaret L Freeman [Margaret L Ayers] Home in 1930: Topeka, Shawnee, Kansas View Map Age: 21 Estimated Birth Year: abt 1909 Birthplace: Kansas Relation to Head of House: Daughter Father's Name: William H Mother's Name: Anna G Race: White Parents' birthplace: View image Neighbors: View others on page Household Members: Name Age William H Ayers 56 Anna G Ayers 47 James L Ayers 24 Margaret L Freeman 21 Homer L Freeman 3 6/12 Robert E Freeman 2 3/12 Notify Administrator about this message?
