Hello,
I am seaching for the connection between Eliza Pew Freeman, David Harned and John Francisco.
According to a speech given by Eliza Pew Freeman White's son in 1901, Eliza (23 May 1791 - Nov 1865) was born in New Jersey as was her half brother John Francisco (1787-1865). He also states that they were raised by their uncle, David Harned, also of New Jersey.
I don't know when they migrated south to what is now Preston County, WV. Eliza married Robert White in 1809 in Monongalia County, VA(later Preston County) and remained there all her life. She died in Nov 1865 and is buried in the White Family Cemetary. Her children were Thomas Rowan White, David Oglivy White, Francis Willis White and George Washington White.
John Francisco eventually migrated to Johnson County, Iowa with his entire family. He died there in about 1865. One of his son's was named David H (Harned?)Francisco.
Any information would be appreciated.
