It is probable that Jerusha Freeman was the daughter of Jonathan and Rebecca (Binney) Freeman and the brother of the Jonathan Freeman whose marriage intention with Sarah Parker is given on the same page as Jerusha's in the source you referenced.

Jerusha was married in Falmouth and lived in Gorham. The only Freeman family known to have lived in both places early enough for Jerusha to have been married in 1760 was that of Jonathan and Rebecca. There were other Freeman families in Falmouth and in Gorham in the 1750’s, but none known to have lived in both places. Moreover, there is a gap of nine years between the recorded births of the last two known children of this family, a period that includes their departure from Truro, Massachusetts and their arrival in Falmouth, Maine.
