Looking for ancestors/decendants of
Claus Schlichting; born in Germany died
8-18-1865 in Calhoun Co., Ill. He married
Elsebe Heinsohn; their children are:
Gesche Schlichting who married John Frederick
on 6-2-1879.
John Schlichting; b: 9-3-1860 in Calhoun Co., Ill. and died: 5-2-1932 in Pittsburg,
Kansas., Claus (Hamon) Schlichting b: 1863.

Claus Schlichting had two sisters:
Catherine Schlichting; b: abt. 1857 and
Elizabeth Schlichting; b: 1836 in Hanover, Germany.

Some of the surnames related to the above are: Gieschen, Kahre,Koopman, Meadows, Purden, Shireman, Weymeyer, Bath, Rader,
Wheeler, Faulstick and Wintjen (Wintgen).

I'm looking for any information that may help me in my genealogical research.
