The original family name, comes from the word friche which means the owner of a piece of land en friche, or lying fallow. Taken from Chapter 10, Our French Canadian Ancestors, Volume 10 by Thomas J. Laforest I am not sure what the meaning or orgin of Secheret is. Notify Administrator about this message?
