Those are my great grandparents and they were married in Grandforks. I know that he had one brother that I met. He died in the 1980's and was in his 90's - his name was Edward(I'm not sure of the spelling) and his wife's name was Yvonne. I have found some records of an Antoine Frechette married to a woman named Adele in Manitoba records but I can't verify if these are his parents. My dad thinks that his grandparents might have been divorced and that he went to Quebec - I thought they were born in Manitoba but now I'm not sure.
