4. ANN FRAZIER b: 1913 Kanawha Co, WV
5. JESSIE W FRAZIER b: 14 Mar 1916 Kanawha Co, WV d: 1941 Kanawha co, WV. Marr: Frieda E.(MNU)
NOTE: Arthur Chapman Frazier's parents are unknown to me at this time. But he was listed with his grandfather in 1900 census of Kanawha Co, WV. His grandparents are: DAVID MILTON FRAZIER B: 1833 Giles co, WV d: After 1900 Kanawha co., WV. and Davids spouse is ANNA COOK FRAZIER B: 1838 VA AND D: Aft 1900 Kanawha Co., WV.
I WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT WHO HIS PARENTS COULD BE. I suspect he was born out of wedlock because his grandparents only had 3 daughters that I could find.
