Hello Fiona,

I checked in the 1852 Directory of Belfast and Province of Ulster.
There's no mention of a George Frazer in Belfast.

These Frazers were in Belfast.

James Frazer, land surveyor, McLarnon's Buildings, Ballymacarrett
John Frazer, mechanic, Mary's Place, North Queen Street
Mr Frazer, 17, Hamilton Street
Roderick Frazer, confectioner, 53, Talbot Street
Thomas Frazer, custom house officer, 4, Spencer Street
Thomas Frazer, leather merchant, 119, North Street

Best Wishes, Christopher
