Robert Frazer lived for a while in St. Louis after he returned from the Expedition in September 1806. He moved west after Meriwether Lewis died, first living on the Gasconade River, and then in Franklin County.

He had at least two sons, Lewis Clark Frazer born in 1809 who married Susannah Skinner, and Robert Russell H. Frazer who died in 1842. There are no wife or children mentioned in the estate papers of Robert Russell H. Frazer in the Franklin County Courthouse.

But the fact that their are Frazers in Stillwater makes sense, since that is Osage, the same as those who also lived at the Gasconade River in 1808-9. Please tell me more about your Robert Russell Frazer.

Lewis Clark Frazer had moved to Polk County by 1854.
