Thanks for your reply. Think is wise to tuck your info somewhere in my files. Never know when it will come in handy as I would someday like to continue to work into the NC connection and eventually to Scotland. I looked at a posting on the ancestry.com site for family trees and saw some of your family information. Your first posting indicated that Alexander and John A. Frazer had come to Harris County together (north of Columbus). Was there another Alexander cousin, or do you believe this is the same person?

Just a note that Columbus, GA is not in Lincoln County (this is over by SC border). Columbus is on the west side of Georgia in Muskogee County. I had to look up Lincoln Co., as I didn't know where it was until you mentioned it. I know what you mean about wild goose chases. So far, though, most of what Dr. Frazer wrote down in 1944 has been proven to be true. Just haven't quite put all the pieces together.
