My name Joel came from my g grandfather Joel Levisay who got the naem from his grandfather Joel Frazure/Frazier. I have some information about both the Frasure and the George families, but I do not know the parents of Joel. Cynthia's father John was a colorful peron who built the 1st jail in Jackson and was the 1st prisoner. If you would send me your regular mail address I could send some information.
