Joel Frasure and Cynthia indeed had a daughter Octavia that married William P. Johnson. I have a lot on the Johnsons (from William's father Samuel Richey Johnson b. 1801 to my nephew born 1991) and a few currents leading to them (eg, Joel Frasure's will, burials, photos of graves, maps, etc.), the Wards, Callaghans, Alexanders, etc.
