========================================================== SOURCE: Racine Daily Journal | Racine, Wisconsin | Tuesday, November 06, 1900 | Page 3 ========================================================== Mr. James Fraser, Sr., died at his home last Saturday night, at ten o'clock, aged 76 years. He was born at Eday, Orkney, Scotland, Jan. 19th, 1824. At the age of 14 he united iwth the Presbyterian church of Eday. On Sept. 11, 1845, he was united in marriage to JANETTE HOURSTON. On the 18th of May, 1882, he landed at Honey Creek, Racine Co., WI, and resided in this vicinity until his death. He was a kind and loving husband and father. He leaves to mourn his loss, a wife and six children, three sons and three daughters, twenty-six grand children and seven great-grand children. The funeral services will take plase this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the church, Rev.
