Hi - desperately seeking any info. on Alexander Fraser.
He was wed to Frances Coit Sea. He died in Chicago, IL
on March 13 or 14, 1899 or possibly 1889 - the death
cert. is illegible. He was 43, 46, or 48 years old.
Any clues to this A. Fraser's Scottish orgins -
his obit lists only Edinborough and Glasgow -
I'd like to know where he came from in Scotland,
and his port of entry to US.
I'm only just beginning my search and the above is the only hard
evidence I have.
If anyone out there has any clues at all, please reply.
He was my great-grandfather.
