DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR
U. S. Land Office at Spokane, Washington. June 27th 1913.
Notice is hereby given that Louie Franz of Cheney, Washington, who, on September 10, 1908, made Homestead Entry No. 0888 for NW 1/4 Section 28, Township 22 N. Range 41 E., Willamette Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make Final Three Year Proof, to establish claim to the land above discribed, before Register & Receiver, U. S. Land Office at Spokane, Washington on the 13th day of August 1913. Claimant names as witnesses: Louis Falter, Harry Straughan, Herbert Smith, George Miller, all of Cheney, Washington.
