Phyllis- If you get this reply, did Virginia have a sister? Francis Elizabeth (or maybe Elizabeth Francis, don't have the files in front of me right now) married Issac Newton Franks. They are my direct line. It also seems like there is something in my archives about Franks brothers marrying sisters. Don
