Seeking descendants of EARL WILLIAM FRANKS b. 9 Aug 1895 Covington Kenton Co KY d. 3 Dec 1967 Covington Kenton Co KY. Married Teresa Mary Michels on 18 July 1918 Covington KY. They had ten children:

8. Martin Teresa Franks
