Hi Again, I found Josephine on Dan Mohn's "Highland Homepage".
She was my grandmother's (Julie Queen Franklin) first cousin. My dad always referred to Josephine's dad as Uncle Bill. Incidentally "Highland Homepage" is one of the best sources for Franklins from Western NC,N.E. TN, SW VA & SE KY
It's always nice to add one more cousin to my files.
