It was quite a while ago since you posted but I hope you can help me out.I noted that you said that Benjamin Franklin second wife was Louisa Talley. You also said that they had five children.Do you know the names of these children?I think I have found four of them on the 1860 census of Franklin County, TN. Evidently, Louise died before 1870 because I see the children listed in Franklin County with a Lewis Franklin being the head of the family. Who is Lewis Franklin?Do you know if Louisa Talley's parents were Dudley Talley and Nancy Davis Talley?I have recently been told concerning a bit of history in Franklin county, Tennessee---"in the local history library , an entry regarding an Orlenia McElroy (wife of Isaac) who was suing one Benjamin Franklin as agent of the estate of Dudley Talley of Cocke County. The information indicated that Orlenia had been married to someone named Rodgers previously and that she was a daughter of Dudley Tally. It also noted her sister was married to Mr. Franklin." There is a Louisey Talley on the bible record from James Dudley Talley. There is another Benjamin Franklin in Jefferson County, Tenn but his wife was named Lucinda. Both are at the correct age to be Louisey Talley of the bible page.
