Sorry. I don't know who her parents were. It's nothing but family tradition that she was a Parker. However, John Franklin, her husband, was in the French and Indian War, and was quarted near two Forts named Parker, and a John Parker Plantation in what is now West Virginia. Because Virginia was so sparsley populated in the mid 18th century, it is very likely that she resided in one of the forts, or perhaps on the plantation. So far I have been unable to find her among the documents and books I've read that were written about the area.
