Franklin / Abston in Tenn & Kentucky

I have 2 Franklin Lines in Tennessee and Kentucky. The two known Counties I am sure they lived in were Fentress Co. Tenn and Adair Co. Kentucky...* marks my direct lines... anyone recognize these?

1.*John Franklin & *Sophie Abston
married circa 1840's or 50's
known children: *Van Buren, *Lucy Catherine, John H.( other children possibly Clark, Magnolia "Nolie", Belle, Pearl. )

2.*Van Buren Franklin was b. 1861 in Fentress County Tenn. married *Eliza Jane Wooten daughter of *Smith Wooten and *Susan Sparks.
Children... *Marvin, Melvin, Robert, Ed, John, Florence, Susie, Myrtle, Jane

2.*Lucy Catherine Franklin married *Andrew Richards ( son of *John Harlan Richards and *Nancy Jane Franklin my 2nd Franklin line.)
Known children: *Etta... there are at least 2 more daughters, I have a photo of them but no names on the back, it only says "Etta and mother and sisters"

3. *Marvin Franklin b. 1/10/1888 Columbia, Adair Co. Kentucky married *Etta Richards b. 2/23/1891 also in Columbia. They are 1st cousins as listed above. They were married 9/12/1909 in Columbia, Ky. They are my great grandparents.
Children: *William Odis, Nina, Nona, Owen, Paul, Roy, Garnett, Virginia, Wanda, Helen, Clara

4. * William Odis Franklin b. 1910 Columbia Kentucky married *Lillie Ledbetter b.1915 Overton Co. Tennessee daughter of *John H. Ledbetter and *Fannie Coleman. They were married 1935 in Wilder, Fentress Co. Tennessee.

It is my uderstanding that all of John and Sophie's daughter's ( Lucy Catherine and her sisters ) married the son's of John Harlan Richards and Nancy Jane Franklin. There are native american traits strongly shown in pictures of John Franklin's descendants...and it is my understanding that it is Cherokee, although I suspect that it could also be Choctaw. My great grandfather Marvin claimed Cherokee descent.
These families moved between Adair Co Kentucky and Fentress Co. Tennessee frequently.

Feel free to e-mail me with any info if you recognize this family.
