If you use the 1881 census in the Mormon site familysearch
you will find James and Mary Frankland in West Bradford. James is 39 and a tailor and Mary 36. James born Grindleton and Mary born Ribchester. They have four children:
John 13 born Waddington a power loom cotton weaver,
Margaret 4 born West Bradford,
Hannah 3 born West Bradford,
Robert 1 born West Bradford.
Their next-door neighbour is Margaret Frankland, a widow, aged 60, born Grindleton, and at a guess the mother of James.
The 1991 census which you can access so far without payment will tell you James (59)who is a farmer and Mary (57) are living in West Bradford with their family:
Ana 19 and Hannah 23 who are Weavers of coloured cotton shirtings. and James aged 15 who is described as the farmer's son as is Robert aged 21 born in West Bradford. I presume this is the Robert who is the father of your Robert who married Isabella. Another child John aged 3 born Didsbury is living with them and this could be James and Mary's son but possibly their daughter's illegitimate son. You will need to pay to access the census page in its original form to discover the real relationship.
this famil are not related to mine as far as I know unless we go back a century or two. My Franklands left West Bradford around the beginning of the 1800s.
