Here are some Obits on my FRANKLAND family from Cleveland, OH

Obit - FRANKLAND, JAMES. Age 65, 22 Feb 1873, Highland Park Cemetery, Warrensville, Ohio. from cemetery records. [This would make the birthdate about 22 Feb 1807 to 22 Feb 1808, compariable to the estimated birthdate of 01 Jul 1807 to 01 Jul 1808 from the Census record.]

Obit - FRANKLIN, MRS. MARIA. 3 Feb 1888. "Frankland - In this City January 31, Mrs. Maria Frankland, aged 71 years. Funeral at her late residence, No. 35 Bolivar st., Feb. 3 at 2:30 p.m." [This would make the birthdate about 03 Feb 1816 to 03 Feb 1817, close to the estimated birthdate of 01 Jul 1817 to 01 Jul 1818 from the Census record. Bolivar still exists and is adjacent to the new Jacobs Field ballpark and Gund Arena, but almost every building of that period is gone; plus house numbers were reassigned in 1906.]

Obit - FRANKLAND, THOMAS. 20 Dec 1924. "Frankland - Thomas, passed away at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Philip S. Bushnell, Painesville, O., Saturday morning, Dec. 20, in his eighty-third year. He is survived by his daughters, Mrs. Olive M. Stafford and Mrs. Philip S. Bushnell, Funeral services at the chapel, Lakeview cemetery, Monday, Dec. 22, 1924, at 2:30 p. m." [This would make the birthdate about 20 Dec 1840 to 20 Dec 1841, compariable to the estimated birthdate of 01 Jul 1841 to 01 Jul 1842 from the Census record. Painesville is the county seat of Lake County, about 30 miles East from Cleveland's Public Square along the lake; Lakeview Cemetary is a pretty cemetery in Cleveland with many notables buried there including President Garfield. Mrs. Olive M. Stafford should probably be Mrs. Oliver M. Stafford.]

Obit - FRANKLAND, MRS. THOMAS. 30 Mar 1917. "Frankland - Mrs. Thomas (Mary Jane Coudy), suddenly, Tuesday, March 27, 1917. Funeral services at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. O. M. Stafford, 2564 Berkshire rd., Euclid Heights, Friday, March 30, 1917, at 2 p. m. Take Euclid Heights car. Leave car at so-called club stop. An attendent will guide you to the home. Burial private. Dalton (O.) and New York City papers please copy." [Berkshire is now located in Cleveland Heights, a suburb East of Cleveland. "car" is a street car.]

Obit - FRANKLAND, WILLIAM. 01 Jul 1916. "Frankland - William, brother of Thomas Frankland, Thursday, June 29, age 71. Funeral service at J. & W. Koebler's parlors, 2340 E. 55th st., Saturday, July 1, 2 p. m. eastern time." from cemetary records of Highland Park Cemetery, Warrensville Hts., Ohio.
