Catharine Frankenfield Shive - Bucks Co., Pa.
On 5 Nov 1845, the Bucks Co. Orphans Ct. awarded an inquest for partition/valuation of the land of Adam Frankenfield of Warwick Twp., Bucks Co. The Court document named Adam's widow, Catharine, and issue Peter, John, Lydia (m John Flack), Elizabeth, Mary, CATHARINE (deceased, m ---- SHIVE, left 2 sons, Jacob and Henry Shive), and Barbara (deceased, left grandchildren Adam and Philip Crouthamel, and a 'natural son' John Frank).
Am working Shive/Sheib families and want to verify whether Catharine Frankenfield, Adam's daughter, is the Catharine Sheib (25 Jan 1801-5 June 1825) buried at Tohickon Union Cem. LDS database pins a Catharine Frankenfield with the same b/d dates as a dau/o Adam and Catharine Messer and wf/o Geo. Gruver, dying Luzerne Co., Pa.
Can anyone help straighten out these inconsistencies and confirm Catharine's identify and the first name of her Shive husband? Thanks very much for any help.
