Frankenburger to FRANK--PA.???

Does anyone else have this name change too?
My great great grandmother's name was Sarah or (Sally)Frank who married a Harry McClintic.Sarah's sister was Pearl.
I believe location would be PA.Possibly Clinton Co. Early to MID1800's Thanks for any Help, I know it's not much to go on.
