I was glad to see your response. I wanted to let you know I made a mistake on the year of birth and death for my great-grandmother Teodora Franco. The correct dates are born April 1, 1856 in Mexico(maybe in Agualegas,Nuevo Leon) and died June 4, 1953 in New Caney,Montgomery county, Texas. I am working on a new lead on Ruiz but no news yet. Are your Dad's Salinas and Cuellar from Mier or Agualeguas area? Nuevo Leon is not that far from Tamaulipas. I have a Cuellar cousin who is seriously researching Cuellar and Chapa from Agualeguas.
