I forgot to add this:
I found Philomena Voiland in Buffalo in the 1860 census.
I am ASSUMING that John B. Franclemont left Chicago to go to Buffalo with Ferdinand, met Philomina in Buffalo, married her in Buffalo circa 1865-1869, then went back to Chicago, then Wisconsin.
