Tracing an emigrant to America XXth Century

Presently, in French Archives nothing unique, too few on line,

Rouen archives will be on line soon but this means months (and years of course!)

"Until that day", others solutions are for those who could not leave or were "delayed" due to restrictions in the 20's:

* Naturalization & name change Records
(my contribution, quick on CD ROM= 5 minutes!)
* Digitaliezd newspapers
(my contribution because impossible for non francophonian and long= hours!)
* Geneva UN for refugees (for russians, "Nansen" passports)
* Yad Vashem files for those who couldn't "make it"
* Moscow Funds(France Nal Archives for those "suspected" (2 millions of entries), our FBi's file for the 30's.
(direct request but long, hard and paying)
