www.ellisisland.org has a family Fidenza travelling in 1905, who were from Marseille. There is a child Quais Fidenza (looks like Anais), aged 5, part of a family - the shipping list is damaged, so some of the names have been lost. The mother is listed as Marie Palerme/Palermo and they are heading to an uncle in the US (Michel Palermo/Palerino). The family contains girls aged 17 and 15, a boy aged 9, another girl (age not known, sometime between 5 and 9), and then the youngest child - name on the following page.Possibly your Marcelle was the second-to-last child? Or the 5 year old and the info is off.
I think you will find them in the 1915 NY state census under Fidance with "Marcella" as "Anna". Two children with them, 'Bendict' aged about 20 and 'Eugeina' aged about 1896, which would make Marcella the baby and Eugenie(?) middle child. The father is Canio - can be found arriving into the US as Canio Fidanza.
Is there a particular reason why you need the baptisms, rather than the births?

There is an 1898 birth index for a Marcelle Georgette Anais Fidanza, 9 June.(Father Canio) - can't seem to work out where the original is hiding. No indication of a twin.
Sister, Eugenie Antoinette Fidensa, born 28 August 1896. Father, Canio Fidensa, aged 36, b. Palmira, Italy, mother Marie Palmero, aged 37,
Brother, Nestor Benoit Fidanza, born 17 Jan 1895. His birth record shows the parents as Canio Fidanza, aged 35, born Palmira, Italy, and Grazia Marie Palmero, aged 35.
In all these records Canio's occupation is ébéniste - cabinet maker.
These fit with the children seen on the 1915 NY census. "Eugenie" - "Jean", perhaps? Not a twin but close in age to Marcella.
