Thank you...I look forward to hearing from you. I did send you an email with a copy of the marriage certificate from New York. The story I have is he is from France and is related to a famous French artist. He came to New York, married Florence R. Woodcock and fathered Ethel Delappierre. He then abandoned them and returned to France.I cannot find anything else on him. I did receive a post from someone that had old newspaper clipping of Brooklyn, NY and there is a story of an Augusta or Augustine Delapierre, age 83, who murdered someone, but he dates don"t make sense.
