Brest was one of the landing points of us troops
in 1917.(But 29th div? not sure)
Lots of pictures on the net.
My Grand Ma assisted a marriage of a british Lady(a "cousin" of her) with us "private" in 1919.
These people would be 113 y now!
Funny, Brest (Finistère) is 29 on car's identification, so "29" rings our bells!
