My husband had a daughter prior to our marriage who was killed in an accident in 1989, how do I go about getting any information on the accident or her death. The problem is we have no informtion on anything she was 9, and was adopted by her grandparents after the death of her mother several years prior to the accident. Any help would be greatly appricated. Thanks in advance. Peggy
